Custom Feeder engineers and manufactures vibratory bowls for fasteners, part assembly, sorting and orienting parts, liquid filling, and capping. We are proud to have been providing custom automated units since 1987. If you need feeder bowls that keep a medical device assembly line moving at a steady, reliable pace, our team can design a system around your exact parts. Packaging companies also rely on our feeder bowls to sort and orient caps, closures, and small components as they move down the line toward filling and sealing.
Nashville, Tennessee is home to roughly 700,000 people and continues to attract new residents and businesses every year. The city traces its roots to Fort Nashborough, a frontier settlement founded in 1779 and named for Revolutionary War general Francis Nash. Nashville also earned the nickname Athens of the South in the 1800s for its many colleges and universities, a legacy carried on today by Vanderbilt University. Visitors often head to the Ryman Auditorium, a former tabernacle known as the Mother Church of Country Music, or to Centennial Park to see a full-scale replica of the Greek Parthenon. Beyond its music scene, Nashville is a major health care hub and the headquarters of HCA Healthcare, one of the largest hospital operators in the country.
Custom Feeder proudly services Nashville and beyond, delivering part handling systems built to keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Manufacturers throughout Nashville can count on our skilled fabricators and engineering staff, who work together to design parts for our feeder bowls that can be remanufactured in the future if necessary. That forward-thinking approach means that when a component wears out years down the road, you can have it restored quickly instead of paying to replace an entire system. Choosing Custom Feeder gives your operation dependable feeder bowls, less downtime, and a partner committed to your long-term success.
