At Custom Feeder, we engineer and manufacture vibratory bowls that keep production lines moving. Our feeder bowls are built for fasteners, part assembly, sorting and orienting parts, liquid filling, and capping. If you run an electrical plant that needs small connectors sorted quickly and fed in the right direction, our team can design a system that fits your line. Medical device makers assembling tiny, delicate components also count on our feeder bowls for steady and accurate results. We are proud to have been providing custom automated units since 1987, and that experience shows in every system we build.
El Paso, Texas is home to roughly 680,000 people and sits at the far western tip of Texas along the Rio Grande. The city takes its name from the Spanish phrase El Paso del Norte, or the pass of the north, a route through the mountains that travelers used for centuries. Together, El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, form one of the largest binational metro areas in the Western Hemisphere, which makes the region a busy hub for manufacturing and trade. Franklin Mountains State Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country, rises through the heart of the city and draws hikers year-round.
Factories across El Paso rely on equipment that runs without long breaks, and that is where our team can help. We service El Paso and beyond with feeder bowls designed to keep parts flowing and lines on schedule. We have the tools and experience necessary to provide detailed drawings and solid models of the parts used within the automation systems that we produce. These technical details and part specifications can greatly minimize your downtime in the event of machine failure. Not all vibratory feeder manufacturers offer these specifications, but we believe every client deserves them. When you choose our feeder bowls, you gain a partner who helps you get back to work fast and keep your production running.
