Custom Feeder engineers and manufactures vibratory bowls for fasteners, part assembly, sorting and orienting parts, liquid filling, and capping. We have been providing custom automated units since 1987, and our vibratory feeder bowls are built to keep production lines moving steadily. If you run a medical device plant that needs small components placed in the same position every time, our team can build a system that handles them with care. Ammunition producers also count on our vibratory feeder bowls to sort and orient casings quickly and accurately, shift after shift.
El Paso has a population of nearly 680,000 people and sits along the Rio Grande at the far western tip of Texas. The city takes its name from El Paso del Norte, or “the pass of the north,” a gap in the mountains that Spanish explorers used to cross the river in the late 1500s. The Franklin Mountains rise right through the middle of town, and Franklin Mountains State Park ranks among the largest urban parks in the country. El Paso is also home to Fort Bliss, one of the largest Army posts in the nation, and it shares a border with Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. Together, the two cities form a busy manufacturing region where dependable part handling equipment keeps factories on both sides of the border running.
Custom Feeder services El Paso and beyond, and we bring the same level of care to every project in the region. Manufacturers in El Paso can count on our vibratory feeder bowls to come with detailed drawings and solid models of the parts used within each system. We provide these technical details and part specifications because they can greatly minimize your downtime if a machine ever fails, allowing replacement parts to be made quickly. When you invest in our vibratory feeder bowls, you gain a partner who keeps your line running long after installation, which means more output and fewer costly surprises for your business.
